In 1934 the College Orchestra was under the direction of Ralph
Schecter. There were 35 members including club President, Ralph Thompson
and club Secretary/Treasurer, Robert Haigh. The orchestra was a co-ed musical
organization that was very active throughout the school year. In addition
to playing at all the chapel services throughout the year, the orchestra
performed a concert for the sesquicentennial
celebration banquet in October and performed their annual Spring concert
in Bosler
Hall.
