1934 Track

The 1934 track team coached by Professor Craver  made its usual strong showing by winning all of its dual meets and by making a superb showing at the Penn Relays and at the Conference meet.  Led by Captain Day, the team had great ability and displayed their talent by overwhelming the competition in every field.  Dickinson scored victories over Haverford, Bucknell, Juniata, Lafayette, and arch-rival Gettysburg.  Dickinson had been led by Day, Gothie, and Finney on the track, while Latta, Kerstetter, Scott, Bower, and Myers controlled the field events.
