Under the leadership of captain Bill Groves and Coach Gardner Hays, Dickinson probably achieved the greatest record of any court team in Dickinson history. Steele, Hinebaugh, Rosenberg, Groves and Harris dominated their competition en route to a great 8-1 record. Dickinson triumphed over Temple, Lebanon Valley, Delaware, Haverford, Gettysburg, Albright, F&M, and Penn State with only one loss to Albright.
