1934 Dickinson Mens Basketball

Mens basketball coach  Richard MacAndrews led his Red Devil squad to nine wins out of sixteen games, helping record the best season in four years.  One of the many highlights during the season had been winning all but one home contest giving the great Devil fans much to cheer about.
Perce Wilson, junior forward, proved to be the high scorer on the season leading his team to big victories against Elizabethtown and Bucknell.  Some other highlights of the season had been when captain Kennedy sunk a midcourt shot at the end of the game to give the Devils a one point victory over Lebanon Valley.  In addition, Corney Hughes had been awarded the Phi Epsilon Pi Trophy as the most valuable player.
